Morning Energy fits naturally with breakfast or your first coffee. Night Recovery works best as part of your wind-down, roughly an hour before bed. There's no strict schedule — build it into the moments you already have.

Morning Energy: citrus, adaptogens and B vitamins. Night Recovery: magnesium, L-theanine and our recovery blend. Each box holds 10 jelly sticks of 20g. You'll find full ingredient lists and nutrition tables on each product page.

You'll find dietary details (vegan, gluten-free and allergen information) on each product page — that's where the finished formulation of each stick lives.

Certification is in progress — to be confirmed before launch. If this matters for your order, get in touch and we'll share where each product stands.

We don't offer single-stick samples yet. The 10-stick box is the smallest format — enough to give the ritual a fair two-week run at one stick a day.
