Cancellation policy

Some Supplyn products can be bought as a subscription ("Subscribe and save"). This policy explains how subscriptions renew and how to cancel.

How it works

When you choose a subscription, you pick a delivery frequency (for example every month or every 2 months). The discount and price per delivery are shown on the product page and at checkout. Your payment method is charged automatically for each delivery at that price until you cancel.

Cancelling

You can manage your subscription yourself: sign in to your account, open Subscriptions, and pause, skip a delivery or cancel at any time before your next billing date. If you'd rather, email us at deuxpoints.creation@gmail.com with your order number and we'll do it for you. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum number of deliveries. Once cancelled, you won't be charged again. If you cancel after a billing date, that delivery will still be sent and can be returned under our Return and refund policy.

Changes

If we ever need to change the price of your subscription, we'll email you before the change takes effect so you can cancel if you wish.

Your rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights, including your right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving it.
